Demey is one of the Brussels metro stations on the eastern branch of line 5, in Auderghem. It was opened in 1977, and is named after a former Mayor of Auderghem, Gustave Demey. Until the opening of the extension to Herrmann-Debroux in 1985, Demey station was the eastern terminus of line 1A. This part of line 1A became part of line 5 in April 2009. The station before Demey is Beaulieu.
The above-ground metro station is located in the central reservation of the A4 motorway near the Gustave Demeylaan, after which it runs underground again towards Herrmann-Debroux. Access to the platforms is via a tunnel under the tracks and the motorway. The northern exit leads to Gustave Demeylaan and the Carrefour department store parking lot, which is right next to the Brico and the Club. On the south side, the exit joins Edmond Van Niewenhuyselaan.
