George V is a metro station on Line 1 of the Paris Métro, under the famous Champs-Élysées, known for its theatres, cafés, and luxury shops, as well as the annual Bastille Day military parade and the finish of the Tour de France cycling race. The George V station was opened on 13 August 1900. The station entrance is located between Rue de Bassano and Avenue George V on the Champs-Élysées. 

The preceding station is Charles de Gaulle-Étoile and the following station is Franklin D. Roosevelt. George V also serves line 73 of the bus RATP, and at night, the lines N11 and N24 of the Noctilien night bus.

The metro station is also located near the Paris Île-de-France Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Fouquet's Paris, which is a historic high-end brasserie restaurant in Paris.
